Handmade Happy Birthday Card

This is a simple birthday card that I made last night.

Things that I used in making this card include:

Scissors
Glue stick
Fabric glue
Decorative bead
Yellow colored paper for making flower
Brown ink pad for shading
A compass to draw circles
A ruler
Yellow, white, and brown card stock
Decorative ribbons of yellow color

What a beautiful card!

I wish I knew how to make such a gorgeous flower just using paper. I could certainly see how useful that skill could be -- I'm just imagining all the pretty paper flower bouquets I could make!

The use of yellow and brown beads is a wonderful addition and really adds a nice touch to an already incredible card.
